At Esperanza Group, LLC, all services are provided by  Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Individualized treatment plans and services

are provided based on the needs of the client and family. Our services include:

We understand the importance of making learning fun, and strive to ensure your child is growing and receiving treatment in a safe

and kid-friendly environment. This may be done with either one-to-one instruction, or small group instruction. The goals and treatments we establish for your child will provide natural opportunities

for learning, while also working intimately with parents and siblings on real issues and meaningful outcomes!

Esperanza Group LLC provides Mental Health Targeted Case Management services to adults with a serious mental illness and children with a serious emotional disturbance to assist them in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational, and other services.

This service is one of the minimum covered services for all Managed Medical Assistance plans serving Medicaid enrollees.

All Medicaid recipients who meet the following criteria may receive mental health targeted case management services:

• Not receiving case management services under a home and community-based service waiver.
• Not in a hospital, nursing home, intermediate care facility for the developmentally disabled or institution for mental diseases.
• 17 years of age or younger and require advocacy for and coordination of services to maintain or improve level of functioning, or
• 18 years of age or older and require advocacy for and coordination of services to maintain or improve level of functioning, or
• 18 years of age or older and resides in the community and, due to mental illness, exhibits behavioral or symptoms that could result in long-term hospitalization if frequent interventions for an extended period of time were not provided.

Esperanza Group LLC Psychosocial Rehabilitation service is a skills-based, recovery-oriented program, allowing clients with mental or emotional challenges to learn skills to be able to function independently within their communities. The overall goal of the program is to help the client restore or develop daily living skills, social skills, and/or vocational skills that are currently limited due to a mental health diagnosis. Through psychosocial rehabilitation, we hope it will minimize the need for more intensive treatment. The fundamental part of the program relies in active participation and involvement from each client in order to yield positive outcomes in each area.

At intake, the client will undergo an assessment to determine current condition, skill level, and level of social functioning. The assessor, client, and family (for minors) come together to create goals that promote restoration and development of skills, and abilities that are essential in every day life. Our PSR Specialists will then use the treatment plan created to work with the client in developing a healthier sense of self-esteem, which in turn allows them to see social, vocational, and independent living skills as attainable. 

This service is offered at home and/or in the community, and it is also currently being offered via Telehealth. The session may take place either individually or in a group setting, depending on the client’s individual needs. Our psychosocial rehabilitation specialists are continuously offered trainings to provide high quality services to each client.
